Boil kettle. Take one large capacity glass lined , wide necked Thermos Flask and half fill with the boiling water. Weigh out pasta ,say 5/6 grams for 2 persons. Leave flask for 10mins to get thoroughly hot. In the meantime boil another kettle full of water.When water is boiling empty flask put in the pasta and a teaspoon of oil and fill flask to top with boiling water. Leave for 12/15 mins - to your own taste. Whilst pasta is cooking prepare and cook your favourite accompanying sauce.The oil is to stop the pasta sticking together. Use the flask and say NO to steam!!!
